OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is “Giving Everyone A New Start.” We accomplish this mission by providing services to military and non-military families. Our programs reintegrate military families back into society, reconnect fathers to their children, provide housing for the homeless, re-entry services for men and women, parenting & relationship education for at-risk youth and parents, intensive case management services and workforce development programs that provide job certifications.

The Horizon EAGLE Fatherhood Program is Horizon Outreach’s hallmark Program. Since 2011, the Horizon Eagle Fatherhood Program has served over 8,000+ fathers by providing them with healthy parenting/relationship education as well as resources to increase their economic stability.

Horizon Connect
This program seeks to connect homeless individuals with basic necessities’ such as: housing, food, toiletry items and other resources. Horizon Outreach works collaboratively with other agencies to host street outreach and seminars to provide these services.

Horizon Outreach Seminars
Since 2010, Horizon Outreach has actively collaborated with the Harris Health System, Department of Veteran Affairs and local service providers to host Annual Outreach seminars. These seminars are held at local community centers and our office.
