Make a difference
Advocate for a Common Cause
Since its inception in 2010, Horizon Outreach has spent 90% of incoming funds directly on our programs. We are dedicated to seeing our clientele succeed.
Comprehensive Support Services
Our programs are designed to help with specific issues in life, but are diverse enough to cover many aspects of their needs. We want to be able to target and help, but not exclude.
Horizon Outreach strives to teach those who walk with us. We want those who complete our programs to be empowered to continue succeeding on their own.
