Horizon Outreach was founded in February 2010 by Katrina R. Johnson, a United States Air Force Veteran, former corporate business-woman and entrepreneur who is passionately committed to making a difference in the lives of families. Since 2010, Horizon Outreach has successfully connected over 8,000 individuals and families (3,500 plus were veteran families) with other non-profit, state and local agencies. These partnerships enable us to leverage resources and increase capacity, which ensures optimal response in meeting our client’s immediate needs.
